DPS Dubai is the best school ever. The teacher's are amazing and the teaching style is quite good. There are some negative reviews about this school. They are not true. The staff and the teachers are very understanding. And yes, we have strict rules for the wrong doers, making our school a safe place for all of us. Also, they do have an underground parking for the parents or the buses move out to make the space.

Good school best coaching well built foundations stages at kg and primary But students seems to grow arrogant as they reach secondary and high school. Child has the power of knowledge from School, but the family and parents impact a high level of their maturity or growing. Much feedback focuses on perceived weaknesses in its broad strategic levels of communication including historic issues with the cost of bus transportation which for some children amounts to more than half the level of basic fees and a general sense of not being consulted.
This fits with our general view of poor overall communication. This said, communication with parents about the individual achievement and progress of their children is of a very good standard and parents are represented in governance. Weaknesses are primarily at the high level of school planning and investment — and very significantly in the front-facing level of communication provided to parents. Firstly, nothing should be taken away from the achievement of Delhi Private School — Dubai.
The school does need to improve its front facing communication a good start would be to take view of the basic information and structure of communication provided by the sister school in Sharjah and invest properly in an open social media platform.
Bluntly Delhi private School does not communicate — and so celebrate its children — well at all. First, much better strategic engagement with parents and an open five to ten-year plan for the future of the school in which parents are actively engaged. This goes to the heart of what distinguishes the highest performing schools — they are able to match the pace and focus of a curriculum to the needs, skills and potential of children at different phases of their development. The alternative is to risk leaving children behind.
It may well be that the only way to address this, within such an inclusive school, is to further increase investment in teaching staff, and at the least teaching support. These points aside, this is a very good school and one certainly worth shortlisting. It is just that the school is now operating in a much more competitive space in which expectations are rightfully much higher.
The puzzle pieces are not easy: the fees are extremely low, the school is extremely large — and growing each year putting pressures on space and crowding — and investment is needed to not stand still or go backwards.

It is such a shame that the school is such a mixture of the outstanding and the adequate. It makes an absolute recommendation impossible. This is a school that is as frustrating as it is inspirational in equal measure. My son had viva for Grade 5 admission for the academic year It was such a bad experience. The teacher was extremely harsh, My son is a topper in his class in a CBSE school and is excellent in mathematics, but teacher made my son so nervous.
She was treating my son as if he is a computer, talking so fast that even I was not able to listen the numbers properly. And while my son was solving the given questions, she was constantly pressurizing him saying what are you doing? You have to be quick… My son is a really hard working and kind boy, he never says no to studies and has competed at national level championships, but he cried after his viva.
