How do artisans level up in ac3

I need your help again. During the past few weeks, I've been progressing in AC3. I know this was an old game but it's my first time playing it.

The problem is that I don't know how to level up my Artisans. I really really want to craft these items but I need to level up my Artisans. Pls tell me how to level up my Artisans. Thank you so much. If you're worried about these extra side missions becoming a time sink, then don't - some of them can be cleared very quickly and with minimal effort, though that doesn't make them any less interesting to complete. The Homestead missions normally follow on from each other, so keep going with them until no more are available for your current memory sequence - more will then become available as you progress through the story.

In this sequence try to get the Lumberer to level up to 3, along side Farmer Level 2 , Huntress, Miner, and again level the Huntress up. Make sure you do these things in the summer again, and make sure that you do them within sequence six.

The Miner sidequest should be in Boston. Sequence 8: Sequence 8 is pretty quiet as far as the artisans are concerned. You can level up your Miner and also obtain the Blacksmith in the Frontier during summer time. Sequence 9: Sequence 9 is very busy. You can also level up the Priest and Blacksmith in Boston.
